Return Policy

Overview

We stand behind the quality of every Di Monti piece. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is materially different from what you ordered, we will make it right — at no cost to you.


Return Window

You have 48 hours from the confirmed delivery date to report any defect. Requests submitted after this window are not eligible for a return or refund.


Eligible Returns

Only items that arrive with a visible manufacturing defect, structural damage, or that differ materially from the product ordered qualify for a return.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or normal wear and tear. Custom and engraved pieces follow the same policy — defects are the only eligible reason.


How to Request a Return

    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email below.

    Include your order number, a clear description of the defect, and photos.

    Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

    If approved, we will send return instructions. Return shipping is covered by Di Monti.


Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement piece — your choice.
